Social networks nowadays are growing like a weed. They are not used anymore for stupid comments sending, friends profile browsing, Photo and video uploading. Just right after the installation process TweetDeck requires entering logins and passwords from Facebook, Twitter or MySpace accounts. Others may be added later on.

A general application window is displayed then. Let’s examine it.
This is a flexibly configured interface. All the data are displayed in columns, their amount and content are easily changeable.

You may see a separate line to download status. It may be adjusted to renew status in all services or just in some of them. And if you’d like to translate a message – just click “Translate this update” key – any language is available.

There is also a special Tweet Shrink tool, changing irrelevant words to symbols (for instance, “too” into “2”) to save space.

Move your cursor to avatar of a person you’d like to address your message. Now you see 4 pictures with actions. You may choose any of them!

As soon as new events appear such as photos or videos, you are able to see them in popup window.

By the way, TweetDeck knows how to play YouTube videos just right in its interface. But there is a precondition: long original references.

As to the settings, the designers tried to satisfy even the most captious user. It has various filters and ways of info display in columns, notifications and surely updated interface settings.
